For 2024, Silverado ZR2 adds the 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel, paired with a standard 10-speed automatic transmission.
Chevrolet has just unveiled some all–new updates for the 2024 Silverado 1500.
This pickup truck is packed with advanced features and great performance.
The biggest announcement is that it comes equipped with the new 2.7L High–Output I–4 engine, now named the TurboMax, as well as a Duramax 3.0L Turbo–Diesel option for the ZR2 model.
Beyond the engine, the exterior has also been given a makeover with two new colors: Lakeshore Blue Metallic and Slate Gray Metallic.
Additionally, the Midnight Edition is now available for the High Country model, featuring power–retractable assist steps with LED lighting.
A Blackout Appearance Package is available for the Custom, Custom Trail Boss, RST, LT Trail Boss, and ZR2 models.
Safety features are also in abundance, with Adaptive Cruise Control now standard on the High Country, and both the Safety Package and WT Safety Package now including Front and Rear Park Assist. OnStar and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability is also now standard on the WT. The Chevy Silverado 1500 is sure to be a popular choice among pickup buyers, with its great performance, stylish design, and advanced safety features.
