The Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix has finalized its on-track schedule for the 2026 race weekend, confirming a three-day slate of racing and support series from May 1-3 at the Miami International Autodrome. Alongside the return of the F1 Sprint weekend format, the 2026 event will also feature Porsche Carrera Cup North America and, for the first time, McLaren Trophy America.
Miami will remain the only U.S. race to host the Sprint format next season, following record-setting viewership for this year’s Saturday race. The 2025 Sprint saw then-18-year-old Kimi Antonelli become the youngest driver ever to start a Formula 1 race from pole.
“We’re proud that Miami has become one of the premier race weekends on the Formula 1 calendar and we plan to raise the bar once again in 2026,” said Katharina Nowak, President of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix. “The return of the Sprint race gives fans world-class racing every single day, and we’re complementing that with exciting support action in McLaren Trophy America and Porsche Carrera Cup North America.”
The debut of McLaren Trophy America will bring two 40-minute races featuring the 585PS twin-turbo McLaren Artura Trophy car. Porsche Carrera Cup North America will also return for its third Miami appearance, racing the newly-updated Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992.2) model. Both series paddocks will be accessible throughout the weekend at Motorsports Alley presented by Ticketmaster.
Ticketing & Fan Experience Enhancements
Tickets for 2026 are now on sale, including single-day grandstand tickets. American Express cardmembers receive exclusive early access to 1-Day Grandstand passes from October 29 through November 3, while supplies last.
A new Grandstand+ program presented by Heineken is being introduced for 2026. Fans who purchase a 3-Day Grandstand ticket and enroll in auto-renew will receive added benefits, including:
Access to the Opening Night Kick-Off Party on Thursday
Entry to the Stadium Club
Complimentary offsite parking with shuttle service
Two Heineken beers per day (21+)
Miami is also bringing back the Grandstand Pass, which allows spectators to move between different grandstand locations across the weekend. As in previous years, fans will have direct views into the F1 Team Village from Hard Rock Stadium’s upper levels—unique to the Miami GP.
Now entering its fifth year, the Miami Grand Prix has become one of F1’s most in-demand destinations, known for combining racing with entertainment, hospitality, and festival-style fan experiences.
